We get it – things change.
The journey to a big race is as challenging as the event itself and often team mates can get injured as well a host of other things can affect whether you can race or not. To make it easy teams can change team members at anytime up until 31 August. After then changes need to be discussed with race HQ.
Teams may cancel their entry at any stage prior to the event by writing, calling or emailing Race HQ. If a team cancels before 31 July, we will refund 50% of any monies paid. There will be no refunds offered for cancellations of team entry after 31 July 2017.
Teams can transfer or sell their entry to another team if available. This will be a transaction between the teams. Race HQ must be notified as soon as possible and details must be updated.
If WildsideAR2017 is changed, shortened or cancelled due to acts of god, natural disasters, terrorism or other reasons etc, we will make every effort to refund as much of the entry fee as possible. Due to the nature of this event it will not be re-scheduled.
